Bishop Lucia has joined the Bishops of NYS in a statement entitled "For You Too Once Were Aliens". The statement, released on the Memorial of Saint Francis Xavier Cabrini - the first American Saint and the Saint of Immigrants - addresses the issue of immigration.  Bishop Lucia has written to all of us about this statement and his hope is that we will read it, pray over it and consider taking the Cabrini Pledge. Click HERE to read Bishop Lucia's letter.
